I think that l have never seen a sadder sight then glorious sunflowers died turned to green. All standing in a row with blackened faces just like poor souls lost without a place to go.
We passed them yesterday as to Asissi we did go. The rain like angels tears did flow. The wind was unrepentant too but it could not stop us from what we had to do.

Sadly cross words, we had a few but really that is nothing new. By the time we reached Asissi our harsh words had been driven through.
To me all at Asissi was wonderful and new, he had seen it all before it’s true but somethings improve the more they’re seen and this time it was cold and drenched with rain, a new way to see it so the trip was not in vain.
