Uphill Struggle

Walking against the wind really slows you down. It is all within

your head you can choose your mood, upbeat or down.
The trees are whispering  secrets to the birds, they are so amazing you will not believe what you have heard.
Struggling up hill against the wind it is hard work but you put one foot in front of the other it not your choice to shirk.
On and on you go never giving in always facing forward never weakening.

The trees are whispering their secrets to the birds they are so amazing you will not believe what you have heard.
Struggling against the wind your spirits soaring high your soul is full of joy. Tiny wings at your heels lift your feet up high.
Finding strength inside yourself when life keeps holding you back is just like struggling against the wind you push and push until at last you find the strength you thought you lacked.
The trees are whispering their secrets to the birds they are so amazing you will not believe what you have heard.
So don’t give up and don’t give in push hard back at life as if it is the wind. Keep your spirits up, let them fly if your soul is free you can soar up in the sky.

Yes, if we let go of the frets that bind our feet to earthy, we too can fly way up above the trees, born up by the updrafts from their whispered secrets!

Nice images, Willow – and I empathize with that uphill struggle, against the wind. But love those whispering trees! 🙂

The wind is whispering secrets; Its voice is soft and low. There are white and wintry secrets In the quiet-falling snow. Hear secrets in the footsteps Of the people on the street, And in gay, ribboned packages Of everyone you meet.

‘Push hard back at life as if it were the wind’ – well said. Yes, head down, squinting at the force perhaps, but walking right into that wind until you come out the other side. Because there is ALWAYS an ‘other side’. Great words, Willow. You really have been writing well these days 🙂
