Blue Sky Thinking

For now I am free

I have written the Haiku below for Fahad Naeem  who recently asked me why I do not write about, strength, joy and happiness. My reply was that life is not made up of Milk and Honey. So I have written this to prove I am not a miserable human being.  I do suggest you all look at his interesting blog.

One, two and three look at me.

Born anew of the blue

Soul on high so happy I cry.

Of COURSE you’re not a miserable human being! You are entitled to write what YOU like, what YOU feel. xxx

You should write more of those 🙂

This is lovely, Willow. Thank you for sharing! I feel as though my work paints me as a miserable person, and indeed it is true of late. But perhaps I am paying for the beautiful life I had before this past year. Life is made up of both sides. Thank you for the light!

Well, often misery and depression make better muses than joy and happiness. Goodness, sometimes I purposely depress myself just to get inspired. True story! I don’t advise it though, unless you know how to get out of your miserable state and don’t end up drowning in it!
